Grounded in social media, I've always considered myself on-top of all the new fads. When MySpace was a big deal, I learned HTML to have the coolest (re: most embarassing) profile. When Facebook gained popularity in my high school, I was quick to pretend I was in college to have a profile ("Hofstra Class of 2005"). This summer when Tumblr announced it's mobile app would feature themes, I let out an audible "yippee" on the train to work.

 

To put it simply, social media is and has been my everything and my dream is to make a career out of it.
